Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using a Never Alone service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using our services

You may use our services only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the content you submit, the activity associated with your account or device, and maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use.

You may not misuse a service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse automated systems, violate another person's rights, or use a service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Never Alone a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the feature you chose. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content and that our use of it as described here will not violate another person's rights.

Our software and content

Never Alone and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, design, branding, and content we provide. Unless we give you separate written permission, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our services except where applicable law permits it.

Purchases and subscriptions

If a service offers a purchase or subscription, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at checkout apply. App stores, payment processors, and other third parties may apply their own terms. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable.

Third-party services

Our services may link to or work with third-party products. Never Alone does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a service. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Never Alone, third parties, or the service, or when these terms are violated. You may stop using a service at any time.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available." Never Alone disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that a service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Never Alone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of a service. Never Alone's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service during the twelve months before the claim or $100, whichever is greater. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. We will post the revised version here and update the date below. Continuing to use a service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
