Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Never Alone handles information when you use our websites, apps, and services.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, messages, form submissions, account details, files, links, or other content you choose to send us.
- Information needed to provide a feature. Some apps may use content you create or import, folders you select, device permissions you grant, purchase information, or service credentials you connect.
- Technical information. Our hosting and platform providers may record basic server logs, device and browser information, IP addresses, crash reports, and diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the services.
- Preferences and local data. Our apps may store settings, recent state, or other preferences on your device. Local-first features keep their data on your device unless you choose to export, sync, submit, or use a hosted feature.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the services, respond to you, process requests and transactions, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve our websites and software. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, process payments for, or support the services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Third-party services
If you use an app store, payment processor, cloud storage provider, connected account, external link, or other third-party service, that provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. Never Alone is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can decline optional device permissions, stop using a connected service, remove locally stored content through your device or app, and unsubscribe from optional communications. You may contact us to ask about accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information associated with you. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the revised version here and update the date below.
